1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India. For international orders, please contact our support team before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

  • Express delivery (if available): 2–5 business days from dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and shipping method.

5. Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.

6. Delays
BCPL is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
